This is one of the few Land Rovers I bought in USA and didn't import myself.
I just love the 6x6's and couldn't resisit. It was a truck with very good bones but neede a lot of work. I maybe went over the top with a full repaint but it was just a fun summer project.

This Perentie was imported in the USA in 2018 from Australia. This is a RHD.

There is not much known about the history of this one. This is what I did to it:

- full repaint, most parts taken off
- new Wolf wheels
- new BF Goodrich tires, MT KM3
- new mirrors
- new stainless steel hardware for the hinges
- new seat covers
- new fuel tank driver side
- new lights
- new door handles and locks
- new brake master cilinder
- new injectors
- new bushings all over
- new hardware all over
- new wing tops
- new door strips
- new floor mats
- new much, much more.

WHen I got it, I was really wondering what I got myself in to. It was driving awefull. After a summer of sorting out all details.... I LOVE DRIVING IT !!!
This thing drives GREAT ! Not fast but you just feel how reliable this is. No rattles, no weird noices, no vibrations, no excesivve plau just GOOD.

The odometer is showing appr. 5 K miles, I have now idea if this is correct.

I enjoyed doing this rebuild over the summer and am on the edge of keeping it for my collection. A good offer might convince me as I have so many Defenders all ready.
