I sold this car earlier this year. The new owner was turning this into his dream car and had an LS engine installed with auto transmission, a Puma dash (from the Ministry of Defenders), electric windows, power locks and more. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I bought it back from him after it was ready.

I bought this car a few years ago in the south of France. The car was a 30 K km ex municipal truck from the south of France. Totally rust free and mechanically in very good shape. The body could use a touch-up, many dents and a very ugly paint job. Before bringing it to US, I had a body shop in Europe replacing all the doors with Puma doors, Puma hood and newer Puma load bed. All the parst were painted individually. The frame and bulkhead were totally rust free and didn't need any attention. Suspension and everything were perfect.

Also, the interior was worn out. A brand new headliner was installed, new Puma front seats and a new Puma back seat were installed and to finish the car I had new SVX wheels mounted with new Cooper tires.

I imported it with the original 300 Tdi engine which was one of the nicest runnings I have seen in a long time. However, the new owner wanted an LS and had this installed by a well-known shop.
